Most of our plots are freehold, meaning you get full ownership with no lease restrictions. However, some prime areas are exclusively designated as “LeaseHold Areas” and in such cases, leasehold titles are issued. Keep in mind that leasehold areas may have certain benefits or advantages tha freeholds may not. Talk to us anytime to learn more about the differences (pros & cons) between the two title versions.
Yes! We provide flexible installment options to make land ownership easier for you.
Here’s how our simple purchase process works:
1️⃣ Free Site Visit
2️⃣ Book your preferred plot with just KSh 20,000 (locks in the price & discount)
3️⃣ You’ll then have 2 weeks to decide your payment method — cash, installments, bank/sacco financing etc — and you can also do a title deed search on your selected plot during this time.
4️⃣ If you don’t proceed within 2 weeks, your booking fee is 100% refundable and the plot goes back on the market.
5️⃣ If you move forward, we finalize your plan — for cash buyers, title transfer starts immediately; for installment buyers, we agree on a manageable payment plan.
